Beroni Seeking Dual Listing On Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Frankfurt, Germany - 2017.11.08 - SGCI is pleased to announce that we have commenced the process of assisting our client Beroni Group Limited for a dual listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Open Market (Regulated Unofficial Market). Beroni has entered into an agreement with SGCI, for our company and affiliates to act as the consultant for the listing process. Our team of finance and advisory experts specialising in IPO services, capital raising, and mergers & acquisitions will work with Beroni to ensure a smooth process. It is anticipated that the listing application will be lodged in Q1 2018.

After the dual listing on the FSE, SGCI will assist our client to commence a roadshow in Europe to raise capital and advise the client on how to use the new funds to grow existing businesses and review new opportunities, such as partnering with other biomedicine industry leaders by way of joint ventures or investments of research and clinical trials for potentially new high-growth biomedicine products.
